Where we ship
Evolve ships to most jurisdictions where the importation of research-grade peptides is not prohibited. Buyer is solely responsible for confirming the legality of importing the Products into their jurisdiction before placing an order.
We do not ship to:
- Countries subject to current Canadian or international sanctions, including (without limitation) Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea (DPRK), Syria, the Crimea / Donetsk / Luhansk regions, Myanmar, and Cuba.
- Jurisdictions where the importation of synthetic peptides is expressly prohibited by domestic law, including (without limitation, and based on current public guidance) Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Japan, and South Korea.
- Any address that Evolve or its fulfilment partners reasonably determine to be a freight-forwarder, mail-drop, or sanctions-evasion address.
This list is non-exhaustive and may be updated without notice as international and Canadian export rules evolve. Evolve reserves the right to refuse shipment to any address at its sole discretion and to refund the Customer in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Jurisdictional responsibility (the section that matters)
Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Customer has independently verified that importation, possession, and intended use of the Products is lawful in their jurisdiction.
- Evolve has made no representation that the Products may be lawfully imported into any specific jurisdiction.
- Customer assumes full responsibility for any customs declaration, import permit, or regulatory filing required by their jurisdiction.
- Customer agrees to indemnify Evolve for any fine, penalty, seizure, or legal action arising from Customer's importation of the Products contrary to local law (see Terms of Service Section 13).
If you are unsure about the legality of importing research peptides into your jurisdiction, consult local counsel before ordering. Evolve customer support cannot and will not provide a legal opinion on import legality.

Origin and routing
Orders are dispatched from our international fulfilment partners. Routing is selected based on jurisdiction, carrier availability, and customs profile. Evolve does not disclose specific origin facilities for security and supply-chain protection reasons but will provide a tracking number on dispatch.

Carriers and transit time
Standard carriers include but are not limited to discreet international courier services and EMS-equivalents. Indicative transit times after dispatch:

These are estimates only and do not constitute a delivery guarantee. Customs delays, holiday volumes, and carrier disruptions can extend transit. Evolve is not liable for transit delays outside our control.

Order processing
Orders placed before 14:00 ET on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after that cut-off, on weekends, or on Canadian statutory holidays are processed the next business day. A dispatch confirmation with tracking will be emailed within 48 hours of fulfilment.

Discretion and packaging
All shipments are sent in plain, unbranded outer packaging without external mention of Evolve, peptides, or vial content. Customs declarations are filed in accordance with applicable law and the carrier’s requirements; Evolve does not under-declare, mis-classify, or misrepresent the contents of a shipment, and will not do so on customer request.
If Customer requests an unlawful customs declaration (under-valuation, false product description, etc.), the request will be refused and the order may be cancelled with a full refund.

Cold chain
Where Products require cold-chain handling, shipments include an appropriate insulated mailer and gel pack rated for the expected transit window plus a buffer. A cold-chain indicator is included for orders flagged for extended transit. If the indicator on arrival shows a temperature excursion, contact support@evolvprotocol.com within 24 hours of delivery to start a defect claim under the Refund Policy.

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes
Shipping fees displayed at checkout cover transport only.
Customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), goods-and-services tax (GST/HST), and any handling fees imposed at the destination are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Refusal of a shipment due to duties owed will be treated as a customer-initiated cancellation; the order is non-refundable for shipping and may be subject to a restocking fee on any unopened product that is successfully returned.

Lost, delayed, or seized shipments
See Refund Policy Sections 6 and 7. In summary:
- Lost: Evolve will trace with the carrier and, on confirmation, reship or refund.
- Delayed: Evolve will trace; refunds are not issued solely on the basis of delay within a reasonable transit window.
- Seized by customs: a one-time goodwill reship may be offered at Evolve’s discretion; otherwise no refund.

Address accuracy
Customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address. Orders returned to Evolve because of an undeliverable address may be reshipped at the Customer’s expense, or refunded less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

Multiple items
Multi-item orders may be split across two or more parcels for customs profile reasons. Customer will receive a tracking number for each parcel. The shipping fee charged at checkout covers all parcels in the same order.

Hosting note
The Site infrastructure is hosted in Helsinki, Finland (Hetzner Online GmbH). Hosting location does not determine shipping origin, nor does it bind the importation rules of the destination jurisdiction.

Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in carrier availability, jurisdictional rules, and Evolve operations. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
